I find it sickening that Coventry are to offer King a contract. Giving people a 2nd chance is one thing, but this thug has around 14 assault charges against him. He's a scumbag and I certainly would'nt want to take my kids along to watch him strutting around the field. I'm surprised that the Coventry fans are not railroading their chairman and Aidy Boothroyd over this.

King played his best footbal under Boothroyd at Watford so he obviously thinks the lad has something about him. I personal feel the man is a s**t bag.

He's the biggest name they will have signed for a while - I can't see many City fans complaining until he has a dry spell.

he is lazy though. I followed Watford for a while, as Poom had a goalkeeping spell there before retirement.

To be honest this is not Coventry's gain at all and I am certain the fans will see it that way

I think it's a good signing he'll score goals, With regards to his previous convictions in the eyes of the law he has served his time so he'll get on with his life.

he's a player very much in the Mido mould controversy and confrontation seem to follow him to every club. Thank God GS is a strong character who takes no s**t
