Help with Football Blog
Hi,

new to the forum, usually use fmttm or come on boro but only just stumbled across this earlier today. i have just started an online blog, write mainly about Boro and my local non-league team Guisborough Town and was hoping maybe some of yous could have a look and maybe even offer some constructive criticism. It's just a wordpress site at the minute but will be developed properly for my final year uni project.

We Support Our Local Team, No Really, We Do

Thanks !

RE: Help with Football Blog
good stuff! might be going to the guisborough match tomorrow v darlo.

used to go to watch them (guis) a bit when i was younger. only player i remember was nicknamed 'tiger'... he was a beast! (pun very much intended) Tongue

also remember when i was about 6, going to a match there, i was stood behind one of the barriers at the side (my head just reaching over the top), when one of the players absolutely belted a ball, and it came flying right at my head. sent me flying a few feet backwards to the edge of the seating stand. they must have had a laugh in the changing room about it like. but none of the buggers came to see if i was ok!

We're the website, We're the website, We're the website red army!

One lion on a shirt,
Carling cup still gleaming,
No more years of hurt,
'Cos Mogga's got us dreaming!

Cheers mate! It hasn't had an update in a month or so as I've been mega busy with other stuff, but it's something I enjoy doing as and when I've got time Smile

I'm a Guisborough lad - come on the Priorymen!

I remember seeing the FA Vase shirt on display - my brothers even played for the Town's junior sides for a number of years. I, ahem, wasn't exactly up to scratch Smile

RE: Help with Football Blog
was a great day for Guisborough last wednesday, 1,300 in attendance to see us beat Darlo 4.1 ! thought i'd hoof my latest blog on foreign ownership, on the completely different side of the football spectrum, while i'm here.

cheers !

is it worth it?
