Mark Venus
He's apparently expressed an interest in the Ipswich job and has also been linked with the Hartlepool job.

Mowbray and Venus have always worked together during Mogga's time as a manager so it really does remain to be seen just what sort of impact this could have on us if he does indeed leave.

Assistant managers do sometimes seem to go unrecognised and I wouldn't blame Venus for wanting to prove himself as a manager but I'd certainly be gutted if he left. All aboard the MoggaVenusnaut!

RE: Mark Venus
Felix Magarth just got sacked so I hope he comes to the championship. He always makes many waves, you just don't want him at YOUR club Confused.

Arsenal wont spend more than 16 million pounds on 1 player this transfer window. Big Grin

RE: Mark Venus
How can you try to change the subject in the 2nd post of the thread?

Besides I couldn't see him managing i the championship.

RE Venus - you really can't predict what effect it would have but I wouldn't begrudge him of the opportunity.

Just throwing up another name.

And why not him managing in the champo? I think the bundesliga clubs have learned their lesson by now.

It's too hard to tell what kind of affect it would have. One things for sure, we'd get a former boro boy in to replace him.
