Transfer speculation
Don't you get the feeling it's going to be a long summer of wheeling and dealing for wee Gord.

In the NOTW today, Middlesbrough manager Gordon Strachan is tracking the progress of Dundee United's Morgaro Gomis and Craig Conway with a view to a summer raid.

...and only one of them sounds Scottish!

Well he has already stated he would be moving immediately to get his team ready so lets hope he gets on with it. I know you like the speculation TP but it has to be action rather than speculationRolleyes

RE: Transfer speculation
Assuming boro actually has scouts. Watch Scottish football and you will only see the ball 20% of the game, best. The rest of the time its not visible because its been hoofed in the air above the cameras.

RE: Transfer speculation
Lady it may have escaped you,but most posts want home based players, after some of the foreign dross we've had.
It's strange Dance that the 2 best players in the CCC are Dorrens & Adams & are both, wait for it,SCOTTISH!!!

RE: Transfer speculation
well we have scouted so wrongly it hurts lol

Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U wouldent be the clubs they where if they only bought from Scotland and England

The other thing is that buying domestic players is way more expensive than buying from europe, for me english players are the most overrated players in the world Wink You havent beaten sweden in 60 years so you can't be that good really :-P

RE: Transfer speculation
Scottish football isn't as bad as you make out, Celtic are so bad because Mowbray ruined their team! I can't understand why you guys don't give strachan a chance he has made some decent signings give him a chance
