Boro Kit
2009/2010 Kit
Adidas took over from Errea as Middlesbrough FC's kit manufacturer. The new Boro kit for the 2009/2010 season features a white sash on both sides of the red shirt, with
the three Adidas stripes on each arm. The Adidas logo is in the middle of the shirt, with the Boro badge located on the left side. The new kit includes white shorts and
socks, with three red Adidas stipes on both.
The away kit has not yet been released.
2008/2009 Kit
The new home Boro kit for the 2008/09 season sees the return of the white chest band. New features on the kit include a 'swoosh' chest band and white trims down the site. The Boro and Errea logo took the usual position on the shirt. In the first game wearing the new kit, Boro scored 8 goals against Manchester City in their 8-1 home win.
2007/2008 Kit
The home kit for the 07/08 season saw the introduction the new Boro badge and sponsor, Garmin. The kit was plain red with with darker stripes. The Boro badge and Errea logo took the usual position.
The away kit was white with a gold a black feature on the left side collor.
2006/2007 Kit
This home kit saw a modification to the white chest band with a gold border introduced. The sleves also had a white band, outlined with a gold border.
The away kit was white, with a blue band across the chest with a red outline.
2005/2006 Kit
The home shirt had the white chest band with a black border. The white band curved from the bottom right of the shirt where the design continued from the shorts.
The away kit was blue with a red border along the sleves and down the side of the shirt.
2004/2005 Kit
The 2004/05 home kit had the new sponsor (888.com) logo in a white chest band.
The away kit was white, with dark red and blue features.
The popularity of
poker has led to a greater involvement in football. Major sponsorship deals have been done with prem teams including Middlesbrough being sponsored by a
poker room.
2003/2004 Kit
The home kit saw white trims added to either side of the dial-a-phone logo curving down from the shoulders to the shorts.
The away kit was dark blue. The sleves were dark red with a gold outline.
2002/2003 Kit
The home kit was plain red with the white 'dial@phone' logo.
The away kit was white with a white chest band and blue border.
2001/2002 Kit
The home kit was red and featured a red chest band with a white border. The BTcellnet logo was inside the chest band.
The away shirt was dark blue and black vertical stripes with the sponsorship logo in the centre of the shirt.
2000/2001 Kit
The home kit deatured 2 white bands with a black border. The top band has the Middlesbrough FC logo whilst the lower band had the BTcellnet logo. The Errea logo was centralised above the club badge.
The away kit was black with white and red stripes running down the middle, with BT Cellnet sponsors in the middle of the site.
1999/2000 Kit
