'Wolves v Boro - Opposition Preview'
Boro travel to Molineux tomorrow for their first game of the Championship season, with both clubs spending plenty of money over the summer.
We spoke to Richard from Wolves Fancast about the summer break, expectations going into the new season and the Boro fixture.
"Wolves sacked Paul Lambert pretty much as the season ended and bought in Nuno Santo to replace him. He's very much built from the back, investing in the defence and midfield before getting a new striker in. Neves has arrived from Porto for a club record fee and from pre season, looks a class above."
"Under Santo, Wolves have switched to a 3-4-3 formation under similar tactics to Chelsea last season. Wolves performances were good over the break and capped off nicely with a dominating win over Leicester."
"Expectations are fairly high and fans are excited to see the new style of football, especially after the Leicester game."
"Our two first choice wingers from last season, Costa and Cavaleiro our out through injury and suspension respectively. But fear not, another Portuguese duo of Neves and Jota will more than make up for their absence.
"We were tenuously linked to Britt in preseason who is very adept at this level. I'm also a big fan of Forshaw since his Brentford days."
