Boro EFL Championship 2017/2018

Middlesbrough FC return to the EFL Championship (Sky Bet Championship) after finishing 19th in the Premier League last season.

The 2017/2018 season commences the first weekend in August, with all three EFL leagues kicking off over the weekend Friday 4th to Sunday 6th August.

The Championship season continues through to the weekend of 5th May 2018, when the EFL season comes to a close.

The Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final will take place on Saturday 26th May 2018. The order of the Play-Off finals has been reversed this season to assist with international football ahead of the 2018 World Cup. Therefore, the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final will be the first to be played.
